Pickup & Shipping

Pull Kingdom lets you pay securely online by card and then choose how to receive your order: in-store pickup in Charlotte, North Carolina, or shipping to your address. Some items are marked in-store only and are purchased in person at the shop.

How to Place an Order

Browse our shop, add items to your cart, and complete checkout. You'll pay securely by card on our payment page, where you choose in-store pickup or shipping.

Once payment is confirmed, you'll receive an order confirmation email right away.

Payment

Payment is by card, processed securely at checkout. Your card details are handled by our payment processor and never touch our servers. The total shown reflects your items plus any shipping you select.

In-Store Pickup

If you choose pickup, we'll have your paid order ready for collection in Charlotte, North Carolina and email you when it's ready, usually within 1 business day.

Shipping

If you choose shipping, enter your address on the payment page. Orders typically ship within 1 business day. In-store-only items cannot be shipped.

Cancellations & Refunds

Need to cancel or have an issue with an order? Contact us and we'll help, including issuing a refund to your card where appropriate.
